The Judiciary of the U.S. Virgin Islands is soliciting quotations and subsequent contracting activity to secure the services of experienced and licensed diesel fuel suppliers for timely and consistent delivery of diesel fuel to supply the Judiciary’s diesel generators at each Court facility in the District of St. Thomas/St. John during the 2021 Atlantic Hurricane Season. The Judiciary intends to establish a contract for emergency supply and delivery of diesel fuel for the 2021 Atlantic Hurricane Season to commence June 1, 2021 and terminate on November 30, 2021.
