Administrator of Courts, Regina Petersen, would like to inform members of the Virgin Islands Bar Association and the general public, that consistent with the grant of the Administrative Leave by the Governor, to facilitate the J’ouvert scheduled by the USVI Division of Festivals, all non-essential Judicial Branch employees in the St. Thomas/ St. John District will be dismissed at 12 noon on Thursday, April 13, 2023.
Please be advised that ALL previously calendared matters will be heard as scheduled unless otherwise rescheduled by the Presiding Judicial Officer.
