Chief Justice Rhys S. Hodge wishes to advise the general public and members of the Virgin Islands Bar that the Judicial Branch of the Virgin Islands will be closed to the public at 12 noon today, Tuesday, August 13, 2024, in final preparation for the arrival of Tropical Storm Ernesto.
The public and all of our employees are encouraged to make the necessary preparations for the arrival of Tropical Storm Ernesto and to remain safe. Barring any significant impacts, we anticipate the normal resumption of operations on Thursday, August 15, 2024.
