The Judiciary of the U.S. Virgin Islands is soliciting quotations and subsequent contracting activity to secure the services of experienced and licensed contractors to provide independent post-remediation testing and clearance services to verify that mold remediation and environmental cleanup activities have been successfully completed and that affected areas are safe for re-occupancy. The Judiciary intends to establish a contract for emergency post-remediation services for the 2026 Atlantic Hurricane Season, to commence on June 1st and end on November 30th of the calendar year.
