The Judiciary of the U.S. Virgin Islands is soliciting quotations and subsequent contracting activity to secure the services of experienced and licensed contractors capable of providing debris monitoring services to assist the Judiciary with monitoring the operations of the disaster debris removal and disposal contractor. The debris monitoring services to be provided are contract compliance supervision and inspection. All debris monitoring activities are to follow current FEMA guidelines. The Judiciary intends to establish a contract for the debris monitoring services for the 2026 Atlantic Hurricane Season, to commence on June 1st and end on November 30th of the calendar year.
